HAVU's new fifth - Welcome xseveN!

With the recent news of Aaro "hoody" Peltokangas stepping down from competing in CS:GO and being sidelined from our active roster, we are delighted to announce the transfer of his replacement from ENCE. Please welcome Sami "xseveN" Laasanen!

After smooth and fruitful negotiations, HAVU and ENCE have agreed on terms where xseveN joins HAVU with immediate effect. To prevent ENCE and their roster from being deducted RMR points over player transfers during the current Major circuit, he will be temporarily loaned to ENCE for each RMR event and other possible Valve sponsored tournaments until next CS:GO Major has concluded.

“As soon as situation where need of replacement for hoody arised, as esteemed player as xseveN was immediate first choice for us. Out of our current roster, everyone else except Joonas "doto" Forss has played with Sami in the past under iGame.com banner. I’d like to thank ENCE for smooth negotiations and I’m happy we can do things together and push the finnish scene forward.”
-Taneli Veikkola, Head Coach & Partner at HAVU
“Sami has been an important piece of our lineup and our success in the past couple years. It's always hard to let someone go with the the talent that Sami has but both parties had the feeling that Sami does not get the spotlight he desires while playing for us. I want to thank Sami for everything he has done and achieved with us and hope all the best for his upcoming journey with HAVU. That being said, we still have the last dance to perform together. Let's make it a spectacular one. “
-Niklas “Willkey” Ojalainen, GM at ENCE
“I'm delighted to join HAVU and reunite with my old teammates after a long period apart. Extremely excited about this new chapter in my career! I've been following HAVU's matches a lot and seen lot of collective progress and individual development. Future is bright and the goal is to have a 2nd Finnish team in the world elite.”
-Sami “xseveN” Laasanen, player at HAVU

Our new roster will make it's debut against x6tence 14:00 EEST on August 9th as we begin our journey in FunSpark ULTI 2020 European Qualifier.
