Order confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when submitting your order. All items listed in the web store are in stock. However, if we have any problems with our stock levels when receiving your order, we reserve the right not to deliver the items. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Shipping and delivery

HAVU.gg web store ships to EU. We aim to dispatch all orders within four business days after the order confirmation, excluding Finnish holidays and weekends.

If you are located outside Finland, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Please note that customers from non-EU countries are responsible for any possible import customs and taxes.

We use Finnish postal service for both domestic and international shipping.

Estimated delivery times for:

Finland: Delivery usually within 2 - 5 days from day of payment.

EU countries: Delivery usually within 4 - 14 days from day of payment.

Worldwide: Delivery usually within 4 - 14 days from day of payment.

If there is any problems with your order or shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible. HAVU.gg webstore also has the right to cancel the order, if suspicions arise, that the concerned credit card is not valid or might be stolen. In this case customer will be contacted and informed by email.

 

Return policy

To ensure your satisfaction with HAVU products, we offer you a full 14 day money back guarantee from the date you receive your order. You are welcome to either exchange your item or receive a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition with tags. We'll check the returned item and its condition before refund.

When returning items, please contact us via email (info@havu.gg) within 14 days after receiving your order. If you do not contact us within that time, we reserve the right not to accept returned items. We only return costumer payments if the product is not used, and this happens within 14 days.

Please note that return shipping is paid by the customer. Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us. If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs.

Add the following information to your return:

Mark which products you are returning to the transmission list and send it back to us with the returning products. Make sure your customer ID, name, address, e-mail and phone number is on the transmission list. If not, please add it there.
